cereal- 200 cals.
apple- 95 cals
baked cheetos (ugh)- 130 cals.
potatoes- 175 cals.
bite of barbeque- 30 cals.
not toooo bad. (:

and i worked out for an hour.

instead of eating you could…

-jog around the block

-do laundry

-drink a glass of ice water

-drink some hot green tea

-do some jumping jacks

-do some situps

-paint your nails

-browse pretty clothes (that you will look great in soon!) online

-turn up your favorite song and dance your heart out

-make a tumblr post about your progress (then you won’t want to break it!)

-look at old pictures of yourself

-watch Supersize Me

-color a picture

-make a friendship bracelet

-take a hot bath
